6 steps to plan a day

step 1. What is that you want to accomplish finally ?

step 2 : How many sub tasks are involved in it which are important ?

step 3 : How much time does each sub task take to complete

step 4 : How much time is left for the day and what slots of the day can i allocate for the above sub tasks ?

step 5 : Is the sub task time allocated in step 4 = sub task time estimated in step 3

if not reduce the tasks or increase the time

step 6 : FINALLY DO IT

Proven fact is the our mind only achieves 25% of what was planned and if 50% is completed its great accomplished

the remaining time
